About the Principal
An Experienced Business Leader and Entrepreneur.
Alan Kelly is a growth expert with over 17 years experience in growing businesses as a strategy consultant, corporate executive, and entrepreneur.After graduating from the University of Oxford with a Masters in Economics, Alan spent 8 years at Simon-Kucher, the world’s leading Pricing & Growth advisor. As a specialist in B2B technology and services, Alan led revenue growth programs with 30+ businesses (including Skype, Regus, & Ferrari World) identifying/executing on over $240m in cumulative revenue opportunities.As a senior executive at King / Activision Blizzard (mobile game makers and creators of Candy Crush), Alan led the Commercial Effectiveness team responsible for $100m of annual revenue growth.Alan has also started 2 successful businesses. Most recently in 2019, Alan co-founded Bode Platform Inc., a Property Tech company serving the Home Building and Development industry in Western Canada, culminating in an exit in Q1 2024.Alan was born in Ireland and has lived and worked in 10 countries across North America, Europe and the Middle East. He relocated to Calgary with his Canadian partner and two young sons. Alan is known for his authenticity, problem solving skills, charismatic leadership, and genuine care for his colleagues. He’s excited to find the next opportunity to invest his entrepreneurial energy and take over as an operator in a mature and profitable business.
